STEAK SUPPER ON FOIL 
1 1/2 lb. chuck steak (1 inch thick)
1 env. dehydrated onion soup mix
4 med. carrots (quartered)
4 stalks celery in sticks
2 to 3 med. potatoes
3 tsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Tear off 2 1/2 foot length of 18 inch wide aluminum foil. Place meat in center of foil. Put vegetables over top of meat. Dot butter over vegetables and sprinkle with the salt. Fold foil over and seal securely to hold juices in. Place on top of a baking sheet to bake. Bake 1 hour 10 minutes.
