STEAK & POTATO SUPPER 
1 1/2 lb. steak, cut into serving size pieces
1/3 c. flour
4 tbsp. fat
4-6 sm. potatoes
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dredge steak in flour. Brown well on both sides in hot fat. Place meat in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Pour off excess fat, scrape drippings left in pan, sprinkle over meat. Arrange potatoes with meat. Sprinkle onion, parsley, salt and pepper over all. Add tomato sauce. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
