HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) bag hash browns (O'Brien), thawed
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 c. cheese, grated

Mix thawed hash browns with other ingredients.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
