ROAST POTATOES | |
8 baking potatoes 1 lg. yellow onion, sliced 1/2 c. lemon juice 1/4 c. butter Salt & pepper Water Peel potatoes, cut in 1/2 or 1/4. Dip into lemon juice and spread on bottom of pan. Put sliced onions over potatoes. Dot with butter. Add salt and pepper. Add water up to 1 inch in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour or until potatoes are fork soft and brown. Serves 8. |
