WEIGHT WATCHER'S STRAWBERRY PIE 
3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. baking powder

Melt butter and stir into flour and baking powder. Add 1 tablespoon water if needed. Pat into 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. white corn syrup
1 sm. pkg. sugar-free strawberry gelatin
2 individual pkg. Nutra-Sweet
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. strawberries, cleaned

Cook until clear the water cornstarch; remove and cool 5 minutes. Add gelatin, syrup, Nutra-Sweet and vanilla; stir and pour over strawberries. Put into crust and chill until serving. 1 serving = 1 bread, 1 1/2 fat, 1 fruit = 45 calories.

Top if desired with 1 tablespoon Cool Whip (12 calories) or with 1 tablespoon low-calorie topping.
