STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 pkg. strawberry jello (regular or sugar-free)
2/3 c. boiling water
1 pt. vanilla or strawberry ice cream (regular or weight-watchers)
1 3/4 c. whipped topping (Cool Whip or whipped milk)
1 pt. diced strawberries
1 graham cracker crust

Dissolve jello in hot water completely. Then add ice cream by spoonfuls and stir until melted smoothly. Blend in whipped topping, fold in fruit. Then spoon into crust and chill 3 hours or until firm.
