CUSTARD COCONUT PIE 
4 eggs
3 tbsp. self-rising flour
Dash of salt
1 tbsp. coconut
12 pkgs. Sweet & Low
2 c. skim milk
2 tsp. vanilla
4 slices Weight Watchers bread
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Put all ingredients in blender and blend while slowly counting to 10. Spray pie pan with Pam. Pour mixture into pan; sprinkle top with additional nutmeg and add 1 tablespoon coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves: 4.
