SCOTTY WILSON'S CHEESE EGGS 
Eggs
butter
Milk
Velveeta cheese
Chive, chopped
Salt
Pepper

Grease a casserole dish suitable to the number of eggs desired. Place egg yolks, unbroken, in casserole. Cover with Velveeta cheese; splash with milk. Sprinkle with crushed chive, salt (if desired) and pepper. Bake in a 350 degree oven until the eggs are firm.
