CREAMY POTATOES 
8 med. unpeeled potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2-3 bay leaves
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2-3 tbsp. chopped onion
Potato chips

Boil potatoes in salt water with bay leaves added. Cool in refrigerator. Shred potatoes into 13x9 inch buttered dish.

In separate bowl mix together soup, sour cream, melted butter, onion, salt and pepper (to taste). Spread mixture over potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese and crushed potato chips over top and bake 10-15 minutes more.
