CARROT CAKE DELUXE 
2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 lg. eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
3 c. grated carrots
2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine sugar, salt, eggs, cinnamon, oil and carrots. Beat medium speed 2 minutes. Add flour, soda and nuts; mix well. Pour in Bundt on tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Drizzle with orange icing after it cools 10 minutes.

ORANGE ICING:

1/2 c. Dixie Crystals brown sugar
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
3 tbsp. orange juice
