1 two layer yellow or orange cake mix
1 1/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
4 eggs
1/4 c. cold water
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. finely shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix first 5 ingredients with electric mixer on medium speed. Mix until well blended. Stir in carrots and walnuts. Pour into greased 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Frost with prepared frosting - vanilla or orange.
