EASY CARROT CAKE 
1-2 layer yellow cake mix
1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
4 eggs
1/4 c. cold water
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. finely shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 ready to spread frosting

Combine mix, dressing, eggs, water, and cinnamon. Mix until well blended, stir in carrots and walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
