EASY CARROT CAKE | |
1 (2 layer) yellow cake mix 1 1/4 c. Miracle Whip 1/4 c. water 4 eggs 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 c. finely shredded carrots 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 1 (16 oz.) tub vanilla or cream cheese ready-to-spread frosting Combine first 5 ingredients. Mix on medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Stir in carrots and nuts. Bake in greased 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool. Frost. |
