AUNT ALICE'S CORN CHOWDER 
3 oz. salt pork, cubed or crumbled bacon, 2 slices
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 rib celery, chopped
1 1/2 c. potatoes, diced
1 can chicken broth
1 can evaporated milk
1 can cream corn
1 can whole kernel corn
Salt and pepper to taste

Fry salt pork until brown. Add onion and cook 5 minutes, stirring often. Add celery, potatoes, stock and cook until potatoes are done. Add corn and heat. Add evaporated milk and heat. Add seasoning to taste.
