CATCH OF THE SEA CHOWDER | |
1/4 c. diced salt pork 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 cans cream of potato soup 1 c. sliced or diced cooked carrots 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 c. sliced celery 1 lb. white fish fillets, in 2 inch pieces 2 soup cans milk 8 oz. can corn 1 med. bay leaf Brown salt pork; remove. In drippings cook celery and onion until tender. Add salt pork and remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until fish is done. Serve! |
