1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 (5 3/4 oz.) pkg. chocolate Hershey kisses
Confectioners sugar

Beat butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add flour and nuts. Blend well. Chill. Shape dough around chocolate kisses, roll to make ball. Cover kiss completely. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes until set but not brown. Cool slightly, roll in confectioners sugar. Store in tightly covered container.
