CHOCO BLANCO SNOWBALLS 
8 tbsp. (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar, divided
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
24 Hershey's Kisses, unwrapped

In medium bowl, beat butter for 1 minute with electric mixer at medium speed. Reduce speed to low. Beat in 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar. Stir in vanilla and salt. Stir in flour and walnuts just until blended.

Press a scant tablespoon of dough into your palm. Use the thumb of other hand to shape dough into flat disc. Place unwrapped Hersheys kiss in center of disc. Bring edges of dough up to cover Hershey Kiss completely. Roll dough in palms to form round cookie. Place on ungreased baking sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes until just beginning to brown. Sift remaining 1 cup confectioners' sugar into a bowl. Place hot cookie in sugar, roll and cover. Cool cookie, repeat rolling in sugar again.
