MINI-COCKTAIL MEATBALLS 
1 env. Lipton onion, onion-mushroom, beefy mushroom, or beefy onion soup mix
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. plain dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. dry red wine or water
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients, shape into 1-inch meatballs. In shallow baking pan, arrange meatballs and bake 18 minutes or until done. Serve, if desired, with assorted mustards or tomato sauce.
