COCKTAIL MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
2 eggs
6 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 c. sour cream
1 beef bouillon cube in 1/2 c. hot water
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tsp. salt
Dash cloves
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Mix in large bowl. Add the bouillon and water. Brown in oven, 350 degrees, on large jelly roll pan.

Put in chafing dish or casserole and simmer in 2/3 cup Bar-B-Que Sauce and small bottle of burgundy wine. Cook at least 1 hour.
