1/2 c. Heinz chili sauce 1/2 c. horseradish 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. parsley, chopped fine 1 lb. boiled crawfish or shrimp 1/2 c. catsup 1 tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. lemon or lime juice Louisiana hot sauce Combine all ingredients to make sauce. Pour over crawfish or shrimp, or dip the crawfish or shrimp in the sauce. |
