FRENCH SHRIMP COCKTAIL 
4 servings

4 tbsp. of mayonnaise
2 tsp. sherry (Harvey Bristol Cream)
Tomato puree
1 to 2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tin med. shrimp
1 head of lettuce

Mix mayonnaise, sherry and lemon juice in a bowl. Add shrimp and a little tomato puree to give a light pink color. Shred lettuce and arrange on glass dishes. Pour mixture on top.
