SHRIMP COCKTAIL 
2 lbs. jumbo shrimp
6 lettuce leaves
2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. horseradish
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Steam, peel and devein shrimp. Rinse with cool water and set aside. Mix together ketchup, horseradish, and Worcestershire sauce. Place lettuce leaf inside dessert cup and pour in 1/4 cup of sauce. Place shrimp around the rim.
