CHICKEN LIVERS 
1/2 to 3/4 lb. chicken livers
1/4 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano, crushed
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
Lemon juice

Dredge livers in flour mixed with salt, pepper, and oregano. Heat oil in skillet. Add livers; fry 10 minutes, turning frequently. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over top before serving. Can be served over rice.
