WILD RICE AND CHICKEN LIVERS 
1 lb. chicken livers, diced & floured
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. minced onions
2 c. cooked wild rice

Lightly dust the chicken livers with flour and saute in the butter with the onion and parsley. Add the wild rice and cook over low heat until thoroughly hot and chicken livers are done.
