Snow peas, wash, take ends off
Yellow onion, med. sliced
1/2 flank steak
1 egg white
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Oil
Dash of salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. sherry
1/2 tsp. cornstarch plus 1/2 tsp. water

Prepare pea pods and onion. Slice beef. Combine beef, egg white, soy sauce, cornstarch and marinate a few minutes. Heat oil. Stir fry beef and drain. Heat 2 tablespoons oil. Stir fry pea pods and yellow onion. Add salt, sugar and sherry. Add beef. Stir fry together. Add cornstarch.
