VEGETABLE STIR FRY 
1 (8 oz.) light Philadelphia brand Neufchatel cheese
1/4 c. sesame seed, toasted
2 c. diagonally cut celery slices
3/4 c. thin green pepper strips
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. diagonally cut carrot slices
2 tbsp. butter
Dash pepper

Coat cheese cubes with sesame seed; chill. In large skillet or wok, stir fry vegetables in butter and seasonings until crisp tender. Remove from heat. Add cheese to vegetables, mix lightly.
