DJUVEC (Say Choovetch) 
2-3 onions
1-2 cloves garlic
3-4 tomatoes
5-6 sliced potatoes (don't peel)
2 green peppers
3 handfuls of rice
2-4 lbs. pork roast

Oil a long roasting pan. Saute 2-3 onions and a clove or 2 of garlic. Add tomatoes, sliced potatoes (not peeled), green peppers, sliced, 3 handfuls of rice.

Meanwhile brown chunks of pork roast in a separate pan. Add to the big pan with other ingredients. If dry add more oil and a 1/2 cup of water. May also add carrots or any other vegetables desired. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour or so.
