CHICKEN `N SAUSAGE 
4 oz. turkey sausage
4 oz. chicken breast
1 lg. green pepper
1 med. onion
6 lg. mushrooms
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 c. cooked white rice
Dash each of oregano, basil, Italian season, salt, & pepper

Cook sausage according to package directions. Remove casings and cut into bite size chunks. Remove skin and bone from chicken, cut into bite size chunks and cook in same pan as sausage. Cut pepper into chunks, slice onion and mushrooms and add to pan with chicken and sausage, cover and cook for about 6 minutes (until onions separate). Add tomato sauce, rice and seasoning cover and simmer an additional 5 minutes.
