CHICKEN CECI 
12 ribs celery, diced
3 lg. red onions, diced
6 (1 lb.) cans chick peas
1 lb. baked ham, diced
2 pepperoni sausages, chopped or thinly sliced
2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. red wine vinegar
3 tsp. Italian seasoning
24 boned, skinned chicken breasts

Combine in large glass baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for at least an hour. Serves 24.
