RHUBARB CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant pudding if not in mix
4 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1 1/4 c. water
1 1/2 or 2 c. rhubarb
3/4 c. brown sugar

Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, water and oil. Mix at medium speed 2 minutes. Pour into floured 9x13 inch pan. Mix rhubarb and brown sugar, spread over cake batter. Bake at 350. When done sprinkle cake with brown sugar and melted butter.
