CRANBERRY SALAD 
Easy, pretty and nice for Thanksgiving or Christmas.

1 (3 oz.) strawberry Jell-O
1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 c. sour cream
1 (16 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce

Drain pineapple and add enough water to juice to make 1 cup. Heat liquid to boiling and use to dissolved Jell-O. After Jell-O is dissolved, add pineapple, cranberry sauce and sour cream. Mix and pour in a bowl or mold. Set.
