CRANBERRY SALAD MOLD 
1 pkg. cherry Jell-O
1 c. hot water
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. plain gelatin dissolved in 1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. ground cranberries
1 sliced orange with rind
1 c. can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water; add sugar and lemon juice and pineapple gelatin mixture. Stir until blended. Chill until partially set. Add remaining ingredients. Put in mold and let set until ready to serve.
