CRANBERRY GELATIN SALAD 
1 can jelled cranberries
1 lg. pkg. cherry or strawberry gelatin (sugar-free)
1 pkg. creamed cheese
1 can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix Jello with 1 cup of hot water. Cut up cream cheese and add to Jello; mix well. Add pineapple and juice, 2/3 cup cold water and jelled cranberry that's been cut up into bite-size pieces, plus chopped pecans. Pour into glass bowl and refrigerate for several hours. Serve cut into squares on a bed of lettuce.
