PINEAPPLE ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini
3 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. dates
2 c. sugar
1 c. drained, crushed pineapple

Beat eggs; add oil, sugar and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy. Stir in zucchini and pineapple.

Combine flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, nuts and raisins. Pour batter in 2 greased and floured 9"x5" loaf pans.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes, remove to cool on racks.
