CHEESE BURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pie shell
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 can (8 oz. size) tomato sauce

Bake pie shell at 425 degrees until just set and partially baked. Remove and set aside. Brown beef, onions and bell pepper in small amount of oil. Mix with remaining ingredients and spoon into pie shell. Cover with cheese topping.

CHEESE TOPPING:

8 oz. pkg cheddar cheese, grated
1 egg
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Mix and spread over top of burger pie. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
