CINNAMON-FROSTED ZUCCHINI BARS 
1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. coconut
3/4 c. nuts
1 recipe Cinnamon Frosting

Grease 15x10 pan; set aside.

In bowl stir together flour and baking powder.

In larger bowl beat butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla. Beat well. Stir in flour mixture. Add zucchini, coconut and nuts. Spread in pan. Bake in 350 degree oven 30 minutes or until done. Cool completely, then drizzle with icing.

CINNAMON FROSTING:

2 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until smooth.
