COCKTAIL SAUCE (REMOULADE) 
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. horseradish
4 tbsp. chili sauce
1/8 c. chopped dill pickle
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
2 drops Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. honey

Mix all together; serve on seafood. Excellent with cold shrimp, crabmeat, etc. Makes 2 cups.
