QUICK FRUIT SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) orange Jello
Dash of salt
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. diced unpeeled apples
1/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped nuts
2 c. ice cubes
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Dissolve Jello and salt in boiling water. Add ice cubes and lemon juice. Stir until thickened. Add remaining ingredients. Chill. If desired increase apples to 1 1/2 cups, celery to 1/2 cup and nuts to 1/3 cup.
