MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 lb. hamburger
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced

Cook together in skillet and drain.

1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in sm. cubes
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
1 can RoTel tomatoes
1/2 c. Milnot
1 bag Doritos

Add second group of ingredients to the meat mixture. Heat on low until cheese melts. Put in a casserole dish with Doritos on bottom. Layer, ending with a layer of Doritos on top. Put in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
