MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 pkg. corn tortillas (12)
1 can Ranch style beans
1 lg. onion
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can tomatoes and green chilies or tomatoes

Put raw hamburger in bottom of large baking dish. Salt lightly. Tear up 6 tortillas over meat. Chop onions over tortillas, add beans and cheese, distributing evenly. Add the next 6 tortillas making layers. Blend soup and tomatoes together until smooth. Pour over top of tortillas. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven a few minutes before serving. If you don't like it hot, use tomatoes. If you like it hot, use tomatoes with green chilies.
