MACARONI SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. shell macaroni
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 pt. real mayonnaise
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. cheese, grated
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 c. green onions, chopped
1 c. carrots, grated
1 c. relish

Cook macaroni; drain and rinse. Mix milk, mayonnaise, and vinegar well.

Chop peppers and onions; grate carrots. Mix all together; chill. Serve.
