OVEN BROWNED CHICKEN 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
6-8 pieces cut up chicken

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. While preheating, place stick of butter in 9 x 13 inch pan and melt in oven. Combine flour and seasonings. Coat chicken pieces with mixture. Dip both sides of chicken pieces in melted butter, then place skin side down in pan. Bake 30 minutes. Turn pieces over and continue cooking for another 25 minutes, or until tender.
