HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. salt and pinch of garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. dried onion flakes or 1 chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan lightly. Place potatoes in pan. Mix salt, pepper, onion, chicken soup and sour cream - pour over potatoes, then dribble melted butter over top. Save some cheese to sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour - can use 2 1/2 to 3 quart casserole.
