HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch oiled casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

I've made this recipe many times and it has always been a favorite. For the cooking-challenged like me, be sure to defrost the hash browns before you mix everything together.
