CALIZONE 
1 pkg. crescent rolls
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1/4 lb. ground beef
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. parsley flakes
8 (1/4 inch) slices Mozzarella cheese
Grated Parmesan cheese

Boil sausage in casings for 20 minutes. Remove from casings and crumble meat. Brown ground beef, add tomato sauce and seasonings, simmering for 5 minutes.

Roll out 2 crescent rolls to make a 3 1/2 x 7 1/2 inch rectangle. Cut in half along the width of the rectangle. Brush rolls with oil.

Spoon sauce mixture over half of the roll, up to 1/2 inch away from the edge. Sprinkle with meat and top with a slice of cheese. Fold plain half over filling to 1/4 inch away from edge. Roll bottom edge up and crimp together with a fork. Bake 6-8 minutes at 450 degrees.
