PIZZA TOPPED MEAT LOAF
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1 (10 oz.) can pizza sauce
3/4 c. ripe olives, sliced
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

In bowl, combine the ground beef, milk, cracker crumbs, eggs, onion, salt, garlic salt, oregano and basil. Mix until well blended, then pat into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven, drain off excess drippings and spread pizza sauce over the top. Distribute evenly: sliced olives and mushrooms over sauce. Sprinkle with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over olives and mushrooms. Bake 10 minutes more until cheese is bubbly. Cut into squares and serve. Serves 6 to 8.
