MOM'S BAKERY FROSTING 
1 c. Crisco
1 tbsp. vanilla
Salt
1/2 c. coffeemate
5 tbsp. water
3 to 4 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix first 4 ingredients until creamy; scrape sides and bottom of bowl. Beat in water and sugar alternately; scrape sides and bottom of bowl. When all is moistened, turn mixer on high and whip. Frost over cake once. You may add more sugar for decorations if you want.
