BAKERY STYLE CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES
 
1 c. butter, softened
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. light brown sugar, packed
1 egg yolk
2 c. flour
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Cream butter and sugars until creamy. Add egg yolk; mix in. Mix flour with cinnamon and salt. Add to butter mixture. Add chips. Drop by 1/2 tablespoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 20-23 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.
