MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (2 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, Veg-All
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1 stick butter
1 chopped onion
1 c. grated cheese
1 tube Ritz crackers

Cook vegetables according to package direction until tender, drain. Put in greased casserole. Mix onions, celery, cheese and mayonnaise; spread over vegetables. Crumble Ritz crackers and mix with melted butter, sprinkle over top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. I put crackers between wax paper and crush with rolling pin.
