MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 can Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
1 c. grated cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
3/4 stick butter (mix with crumbs)
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Mix vegetable, cheese, onion and mayonnaise. Put into casserole dish. Mix crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over top of vegetable mixture. Brown at 325 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
